Sparta Friends And Neighbors is a social organization that helps women become familiar with Sparta and all our community has to offer. Our goal is to promote friendship through a variety of social activities.
We offer monthly meetings, monthly social activities, and special events throughout the year.
Our monthly meetings are casual, fun and informative, and are usually held on the second Tuesday of the month (September through May) at 9:30 am at Shepherd of the Hills Church, 246 Woodport Road. Complimentary on-site babysitting is provided free of charge.
Some of our social activities include: Arts and Crafts, Bowling, Bunco, Books and Movies, Chicks with Sticks, Evening Socials, Gourmet Cooking, Let's Do Lunch, Children's Play Groups, Social Escapes, and more.
Two of our special events include our Holiday Auction in December and our Fashion Show in the spring. Both raise funds to benefit local charities.
Our Community Directory is published each fall and is a great resource for newcomers, and our Membership Directory helps you stay-in-touch.
